7. The location of all existing buildings, structures ~ <br /> <br /> wells or other improvements on the property including trees, <br /> fences or poles and power lines. Where encroachment or <br /> near encroachment occurs with a property line, the distance <br /> from the property line shall be shown. <br /> <br /> 8. The location of curbs, gutters, sidewalk and street <br /> paving with elevations. <br /> <br /> 9. The location, size, slope and depth of open or <br /> closed drainage channels, sewer, water or other underground <br /> utility lines, on or affecting the property, based on best <br /> data available. (Precise invert. elevations to be field <br /> measured when possible). <br /> <br /> 10. Natural topographic or agricultural features af- <br /> fecting the property. <br /> <br /> Section 2'13.06: LIMITS OF SURVEY <br /> <br /> The limits of the survey plat shall normally be the boundaries <br />of the property except as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. The limit shall extend to the opposite property <br /> line of improved or unimproved streets. <br /> <br /> 2. Major buildings, structures or other features on <br /> <br /> adjacent properties shall be shown when they may reasonably <br /> be expected to affect the subject property. <br /> <br /> 3. When the proposed improvements occupy a small <br /> portion of a large parcel under one ownership the City <br /> Engineer may prescribe reasonable limits beyond the proposed <br /> work, except that the survey plat must show the location <br /> with relation to the property lines. <br /> <br /> 4. When needed to justify information included on <br /> <br /> the plat, the limits of the survey plat shall include <br /> <br /> other adjacent or non-adjacent parcels or streets. <br /> <br /> -3- <br /> <br /> <br />
