Ponderosa
Homes provided more affordable units in the Ironwood Development than was required.
Thus, Ponderosa Homes was granted 51 IUCs that could be used to satisfy the
requirements of the IZO on Ponderosa's Busch Road site or, subject to City Council
approval, at other sites in the City.
The Housing Commission, at its August 20, 2015, meeting supported Ponderosa's
proposal of using IUCs for this project. The Housing Commission unanimously
recommended the approval of the AHA to the City Council. Please refer to the Housing
Commission staff report for a detailed discussion (Attachment 9).
