GRANTED AND ANTICIPATED GMUA DEMAND <br /> Table 1, below, outlines the anticipated GMUA demand for smaller-scale projects for the <br /> rest of 2015, along with GMUAs granted by the Zoning Administrator to-date. <br /> Foreseeable demand was determined based on the current City-wide number of vacant <br /> residentially zoned lots within approved projects that have not received prior GMUAs as <br /> part of their approval processes.
