GRANTED AND ANTICIPATED GMUA DEMAND Table 1, below, outlines the anticipated GMUA demand for smaller-scale projects for the rest of 2015, along with GMUAs granted by the Zoning Administrator to-date. Foreseeable demand was determined based on the current City-wide number of vacant residentially zoned lots within approved projects that have not received prior GMUAs as part of their approval processes. This includes projects for which applications (Design Review and Planned Unit Development application types) have been, or will be, filed, and projects that are likely to complete the review process by the end of the year and will not require City Council approval.
