EXHIBIT "A" <br /> EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION PLAN <br /> For Fiscal Year 1974-75 , the following guidelines shall apply: <br /> 1 . City Manager may grant salary increases, effective July 1 , <br /> 1974 in an amount not to exceed a 10% average of the com- <br /> posite current salaries for all employees within the <br /> Executive Compensation Plan . <br /> 2 . Executive fringe benefits shall be fully paid medical , <br /> long-term disability and life insurance, and a City vehicle <br /> for those positions requiring 24-hour transportation as an <br /> integral part of their job . <br /> 3 . Two days administrative leave not to be taken in conjunction <br /> with normal vacation and to be reimbursed at the end of <br /> the fiscal year, if not taken . <br />
