Section 3 . The compensation plan for confidential employees <br /> shall be as set forth in Exhibit C, attached hereto and incor- <br /> porated herein by reference, together with the same benefits <br /> as are received by other employees under Resolution No . 74 -/q{0. <br /> Section 4 . The compensation set forth in the compensation plans <br /> designated by this resolution has been selected by the employees <br /> in each respective category. The selection of compensation under <br /> the respective plan for executive , middle management and confi- <br /> dential employees shall be the only compensation to which these <br /> employees are entitled and there shall be no right to receive <br /> benefits contained in the Memorandums of Understanding with the <br /> City 's recognized employee organizations which are not included <br /> in the executive , middle management or confidential employee <br /> compensation plans. It is the City Council ' s intention that <br /> there shall be mutual exclusivity between the compensation plans <br /> set forth in this resolution and the items contained in negotiated <br /> Memorandums of Understanding, except as one is specifically in- <br /> cluded in the other, as is the case only for confidential employees . <br /> Section 5 . Resolution No . 73-114 (A Resolution Adopting a Com- <br /> pensation Plan for Executive, Middle Management and Confidential <br /> Personnel for the City of Pleasanton) is hereby repealed in its <br /> entirety. <br /> Section 6 .
