NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1 . The Memorandum of Understanding entered into between <br /> the City Manager and representatives of Pleasanton City Employees <br /> Association dated June 26 , 1974 , attached hereto as Exhibit A <br /> and incorporated herein by reference is hereby accepted by the <br /> City Council of the City of Pleasanton subject to the terms and <br /> conditions contained in the Memorandum of Understanding. <br /> Section 2 . The employee class titles and salary ranges to be <br /> paid by the City of Pleasanton during the 1974-75 fiscal year <br /> and commencing with July 1 , 1974 , shall be as set forth in <br /> Exhibit B, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> reference . <br /> Section 3 . Resolution No . 73-113 is hereby repealed. <br /> Section 4 . If any sections, subsection , subdivision , paragraph, <br /> sentence , clause or phrase of this resolution or any part thereof <br /> is for any reason held to be unconstitutional , such decision <br /> shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this <br /> resolution or any part thereof. The City Council hereby declares <br /> that it would have passed each section, subsection, subdivision, <br /> paragraph, sentence , clause or phrase thereof, irrespective of <br /> the fact that any one or more sections , subsections, subdivisions, <br /> paragraphs, sentences, clauses or phrases be declared unconstitu- <br /> tional . <br /> Section 5 .
