• TJC will respond to 2 RFIs <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Written RFI responses on RMC standard RFI response template (.pdf format via email) <br /> Task 5.2—HDD RFIs <br /> RMC and it sub consultant team will review and respond to up to 5 technical requests for <br /> information (RFIs) to respond to questions from the Contractor and Construction Manager (and <br /> Resident Engineer) and to clarify the contract documents and design intent. The level of effort <br /> assumes that administrative (non-technical) RFIs, which do not involve design intent, will be <br /> addressed by the Resident Engineer and/or City staff. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • RMC will review up to 5 RFIs at an average effort of 2 hours each ( QC is included in <br /> Task 1) <br /> • Jacobs Associates will respond to up to 5 RFIs <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Written RFI responses on RMC standard RFI response template (.pdf format via email) <br /> Task 5.3—Flow Control Station RFIs <br /> RMC and it sub consultant team will review and respond to up to 4 technical requests for <br /> information (RFIs)to respond to questions from the Contractor and Construction Manager (and <br /> Resident Engineer) and to clarify the contract documents and design intent. This task also includes contract <br /> change order documentation that may be required. The level of effort assumes that <br /> administrative (non-technical) requests for design clarification which do not involve design intent <br /> will be answered by the Resident Engineer and/or City staff. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • RMC will provide up to 10 design clarifications at an average effort of 4 hours each (QC <br /> is included in Task 1) <br /> Scope of Work 5 March 30,2015 <br /> Recycled Water Infrastructure Expansion—Phase 1A <br /> Engineering Services During Construction <br />
