Assumptions: <br /> • RMC will review up to 3 total submittals and two resubmittals at an average effort of 4 <br /> hours per submittal (QC is included in Task 1) <br /> • Jacobs Associates will review 3 submittals (including re-submittals). <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Written submittal review comments on RMC standard comment sheet template (.pdf <br /> format via email) <br /> Task 3.3—Flow Control Station (FCS) Submittal Reviews <br /> RMC and its sub consultant TJC and Associates will review up to 10 technical submittals <br /> required by the contract documents. The level of effort is based on the assumption. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • RMC will review up to 10 submittals including resubmittals at an average effort of 3 <br /> hours per submittal (QC is included in Task 1) <br /> • TJC and Associates will review 10 submittals including resubmittals <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Written submittal review comments on RMC standard comment sheet template (.pdf <br /> format sent via email) <br /> Task 4—Pipeline Profiles <br /> RMC will assist in preparing and documenting pipeline profiles based upon field data gathered <br /> by the construction contractor and provided by the City. The task includes both field <br /> investigation assistance and office preparation of pipeline profiles for inclusion in record <br /> drawings. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • Expenditures under this task will be at the direction of the Construction Manager <br /> • Assumes 10 half day field investigation visits <br /> • Level of effort is based upon preparation of 28 profile sheets electronic drawings <br /> Deliverables: <br /> Record Drawings (.pdf and AutoCAD 2014 format <br /> Task 5— RFI Review <br /> Task 5.1 —Pipeline RFIs <br /> RMC and it sub consultant team will review and respond to up to 30 technical requests for <br /> information (RFIs)to respond to questions from the Contractor and Construction Manager (and <br /> Resident Engineer) and to clarify the contract documents and design intent. The level of effort <br /> assumes that administrative (non-technical) RFIs, which do not involve design intent, will be <br /> addressed by the City or its CM (and Resident Engineer). <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • RMC will review up to 30 RFIs at an average effort of 2 hours each (QC included as part <br /> of Task 1 budget) <br /> • JDH Corrosion Consultants will respond to 2 RFIs <br /> • Jacobs Associates will respond to 5 RFIs <br /> Scope of Work 4 March 30,2015 <br /> Recycled Water infrastructure Expansion—Phase 1A <br /> Engineering Services During Construction <br />
