The following issues could be expected to require topic <br /> specific meetings: <br /> • Pipeline 'work around' alignment adjustments needed to avoid obstructions, etc., that <br /> cannot be resolved during daily construction <br /> • Construction of critical connections on Dublin Blvd. at Tassajara Rd. and Fallon Rd. <br /> • Horizontal directional drilling under Arroyo Mocho <br /> • Coordination issues with City of Dublin, City of Livermore, Zone 7 Water Agency, <br /> California Department of Fish and Wildlife, and Dublin San Ramon Services District <br /> • Supply, connection, and commissioning of flow control stations <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • City CM and Resident Engineer will finalize draft meeting minutes and issue the official <br /> minutes to the Contractor. <br /> • RMC will attend 1 pre-construction meeting. <br /> • RMC will make up to 12 field visits of the Project construction <br /> • RMC will attend up to 6 special meetings as requested <br /> • Jacobs Associates will attend up to 3 construction meetings and make up to 3 site visits <br /> related to HDD construction and pipeline geotechnical issues <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Email input and comments on CM prepared agenda and draft meeting minutes <br /> • Site visit summaries via email <br /> Task 3—Submittal Reviews <br /> Submittal review scope of work is based upon the assumption that the administrative (non- <br /> technical) submittals will be reviewed by the Resident Engineer or City staff in the field. <br /> Task 3.1 — Pipeline Submittal Reviews <br /> RMC and its sub consultant team will review up to 25 technical submittals required by the <br /> contract documents. The level of effort is based on the assumption that the administrative (non- <br /> technical) submittals will be reviewed by the CM (and Resident Engineer). <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • RMC will review up to 15 initial including resubmittals at an average effort of 2 hours per <br /> submittal (QC is included in Task 1) <br /> • TJCAA will review 4 structural submittals(including re-submittals) <br /> • JDH Corrosion Consultants will review 2 submittals (including re-submittals) <br /> • Jacobs Associates will review 4 submittals (including re-submittals) <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Written submittal review comments on RMC standard comment sheet template (.pdf <br /> format via email) <br /> Task 3.2—Horizontal Directional Drilling Submittal Review <br /> RMC and its sub consultant Jacobs Associates will review up to four technical submittals <br /> required by the contract documents.
