SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Task 1 —Project Management <br /> This task includes overall project management for ESDC activities for the Project, including <br /> pipeline, horizontal directional drilling under the Arroyo Mocho and two supply connections and <br /> flow control stations. <br /> RMC shall provide progress, budget, and schedule tracking for the Scope of Work. RMC shall <br /> prepare invoices and monthly progress reports that provide a summary of our work status <br /> including work accomplished and updated budget and schedule status. <br /> RMC will coordinate ESDC efforts directly with the Resident Engineer for construction related <br /> tasks and support, including submittals and RFIs, proposed construction modifications and field <br /> issues. RMC will maintain a log of submittals, RFIs and other requests made by District and its <br /> CM. <br /> RMC will report project status as described above to the Owner's Representative. <br /> RMC will also implement its Quality Assurance Program measures for this project, and will <br /> provide QC reviews of primary work products. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • Project duration will be from June 2015 to September 2016, including construction <br /> contract closeout activities (14 months construction and 2 months close out) <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Monthly invoice and progress report <br /> • Submittal, RFI, Clarification and Change Order logs (Microsoft Excel) <br /> Task 2—Construction Meetings/Site Visits <br /> Task 2.1 —Weekly Construction Meetings/Site Visits <br /> RMC ESDC staff will attend the pre-construction meeting, as well as regular weekly construction <br /> meetings as requested by the City. RMC's participation is assumed to include up to two per <br /> month during pipeline work (18 meetings) and monthly there after(10 meetings). Budgeting is <br /> based upon 2 hours per meeting, and 1 hour of round trip travel time from Walnut Creek. RMC <br /> will participate in the meetings and will report progress and concerns related to its ESDCs, and <br /> provide email comments to the City on the CM's draft meeting minutes. <br /> Task 2.2—Site Visits <br /> RMC ESDC staff will undertake up to 12 field visits as requested, some in conjunction with <br /> weekly or special meetings and others independent of meetings. The site visits will be in <br /> support of the Resident Engineer and Construction Manager to assess construction of the <br /> project relative to the design, address field issues, and support the development of field <br /> adjustments of alignments and facility locations, among other things. <br /> Task 2.3—Special Construction Meetings <br /> In addition to the regularly scheduled weekly meetings, it is assumed that the City will request <br /> that RMC attend and participate in up to 6 special construction meetings during the active <br /> construction work on the Project.
