',/ - <br /> The project site is bordered by West Las Positas Boulevard on the north and Arroyo <br /> Mocho on the south. The site contains a one-story building, approximately 88,512 <br /> square feet in floor area. The building, which is currently vacant, was initially developed <br /> in 1984 for AT&T and later was occupied by clinical laboratories for SmithKline <br /> Beecham. <br /> The site is generally flat. A bus stop and shelter served by Livermore Amador Valley <br /> 1 Transit Authority (LAVTA) are located in front of the 5758/5794 West Las Positas <br /> Boulevard building to the east, and also across West Las Positas Boulevard at Hart <br /> Middle School. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> The project consists of a series of related land use entitlements: PUD major <br /> modifications to the previously approved PUD Development Plan and Standards and <br /> Guidelines, PUD Development Plan, Affordable Housing Agreement, and amendment to <br /> the Development Agreement. These entitlements are summarized below and are <br /> described fully in the attached Planning Commission and Housing Commission staff <br /> reports (Attachments 7 and 8, respectively). <br /> Page 4 of 10 <br />
