SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> PARKS -Street Median Mulch Installation <br /> Contractor Name: Suarez & Munoz Const., Inc. Signature: �� <br /> Transport and Install City supplied wood chip mulch in existing street median landscapes. Wood mulch is <br /> available from the City Operations Center. Contractor will be responsible for loading, transporting and <br /> installing wood mulch to a depth of 5 inches. Contractor will also be responsible for traffic control and median <br /> work site clean-up on a daily basis. Scale of operation shall insure a minimum of 50 cubic yards per work day <br /> will be installed. Unit bid should take into account varying median size and design; and the resulting impact on <br /> installation costs and difficulty of installation. <br /> Load, transport and install a minimum of 50 Cubic Yards per day. $ 17 /Cubic Yard <br /> Percent of mark-up on material: 15 % Percent Mark-up on invoicing must be demonstrated as a <br /> percentage. Example: Material $1,000 + 10% ($100) = $1,100 <br /> Percent of mark-up on outside equipment: 15 % (equipment pre-approved by the City).
