Signature: S.Aaalr The following outline provides a scope of work for the City's expectations regarding routine and scheduled sidewalk, curb and gutter, miscellaneous sound wall repairs and resetting of brick paving stones on City right of ways. • Removal and replacement of sidewalk per square foot to include root cutting or grinding, if necessary. • Removal and replacement of curb and gutter per linear foot, to include root cutting or grinding, if necessary. • Removal and replacement of driveway approach per square foot, to include root cutting or grinding, if necessary. • Removal of existing concrete and installation of handicap ramps per City specifications. • Rebuild-reconstruct damaged cinderblock sound wall per square foot per City specifications. • Resetting of brick paving stones per square foot per City specifications. • Contractor will perform all concrete and asphalt cutting, removing and replacement per City specifications. Scope of Work Price Unit. Removal and replacement of sidewalk per square foot, including root $ 14 Square foot cutting or grinding if necessary, less than 160 sq. ft. Removal and replacement of sidewalk per square foot, including root $ 12 Square foot cutting or grinding if necessary, more than 160 sq.ft. Removal and replacement of curb and gutter per linear foot, to include $65 Linear foot root cutting or grinding if necessary, less than 40'. Removal and replacement of curb and gutter per linear foot, to include $50 Linear foot root cutting or grinding if necessary,more than 40' Removal and replacement of driveway approach per square foot, to include root cutting or grinding if necessary, for one driveway 19'-23' $ 14 Square foot wide. Removal of existing concrete and installation of Case A handicap ramp $4,000 Each for one ramp. Removal of existing concrete and installation of Case A handicap ramp $3,200 Each for 10 ramps Rebuilt/construct sections of damaged cinderblock sound wall, per City $28 Square foot specifications, at 100 sq. ft. per panel. Resetting of brick pavers per City specifications, 100 sq. ft. $21 Square foot Percent of mark-up on material: 15 % Percent Mark-up on invoicing must be demonstrated as a percentage. Example: Material $1,000 + 10% ($100) = $1,100 Percent of mark-up on outside equipment: 15 % (equipment pre-approved by the City). Mark-up on invoicing must be demonstrated as a percentage.
