I would hope that we as a community would base public policy decisions on factual <br /> information. Let's make sure that our citizens are provided with such information. Community <br /> decisions should not be made based on emotion,fear,greed, misinformation,and sound bites. <br /> I will close with the following quotation: <br /> Neither a wise man nor a brave man lies down on the tracks of history to wait for the <br /> train of the future to run over him. <br /> Dwight D.
