The audited expenditure for MF is $5,198,663, <br /> for UV is $999,977 and for MFFPS is $831,937 for a total of$7,030,577. The District <br /> Water Enterprise is currently leasing the MF/UV/MFFPS facilities from the Regional <br /> Enterprise at a rate of$143 per million gallons treated in accordance with the calculation <br /> sheet included as Attachment 2. Note that the lease rate is based upon an estimated <br /> facility expenditure of$8,297,758 so the lease rate is slightly overstated. <br /> o Reverse Osmosis (RO)/Product Water Pump Station (PWPS)—The RO/PWPS portion of <br /> the CWR treatment facilities are not currently being used. The audited expenditure for <br /> RO is $4,872,418 and for PWPS is $746,877 for a total of$5,619,295. <br /> o Pipeline Segment 1 — Pipeline Segment 1 from the wastewater treatment plant north then <br /> east in Dublin Boulevard to the Tassajara Creek crossing is currently being used to <br /> transport brine from the Zone 7 Well Head Demineralization facility to the treatment <br /> plant for disposal. Zone 7 is paying the Regional Enterprise, under the Industrial Waste <br /> Program, for the cost of disposing of the brine.
