Kimley*>Horn <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Electronic copy of meeting minutes <br /> Sub-Task B:Project Administration <br /> Kimley-Hom staff's administration efforts include initial development, work plan, filing system and <br /> processing timely invoices. <br /> We assume 25 hours of effort for this sub-task, which includes 6 months of invoices and up to 3 <br /> revisions to the project work plan. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Monthly Invoices <br /> • Internal Project Files& Work Plan (retained at Kimley-Hom offices for up to three <br /> years) <br /> Sub-Task C: Client Coordination Meetings <br /> Kimley-Hom will attend in-person client coordination meetings and participate in conference calls, <br /> including project/design coordination and progress review meetings, as requested. We based our <br /> fee on a total of 2 in-person meetings. In-person meetings are planned to occur after the <br /> Conceptual Design, and 100% PS&E phases. <br /> We assume 12 hours of effort for this sub-task, which includes 2 in-person meetings with the City <br /> with up to two Kimley-Hom staff per meeting. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Electronic copy of meeting agenda <br /> • Electronic copy of meeting minutes <br /> Task 2—Data Collection <br /> Kimley-Hom will conduct a limited field review at the site to collect accessible, visible information for <br /> project design. In addition, we will contact utility companies to request existing readily available, utility <br /> information. The utility information will be shown on the base plans; utility information shown will be based <br /> on the location of surface features collected from topographic surveys and from the utility-provided facility <br /> maps. Kimley-Horn will coordinate with utility companies that may have facilities within the project limits <br /> to obtain readily available existing utility record plans, record drawings, schematics, etc., describing their <br /> facilities. <br /> We assume 44 hours of effort for this task. This includes Kimley-Hom staff performing site reviews to <br /> identify potential conflicts that could affect the project design. The site review will occur after the 100% <br /> design phase. <br /> As directed by the City, Kimley-Hom will not perform utility coordination as part of this Scope of Service. <br /> Utility"potholing"services are not included in our scope of services. After the 100%design phase, <br /> Kimley-Hom will identify potential utility conflicts and discuss with the City the need for utility"potholing"at <br /> selected locations.
