Ms. Herron was a <br /> project planner for the EIR for the update of the City of Berkeley's General <br /> Plan. She conducted land use and planning policy analysis,and prepared public <br /> services and utilities/service systems sections. <br /> Electric Transmission and Natural Gas <br /> CPUC,Wild Goose Gas Storage Expansion Project Supplemental EIR, <br /> Butte and Colusa Counties,CA.Project Manager. Ms. Herron was project <br /> manager for the preparation of a supplemental EIR for the third phase of <br /> expansion of the 29 billion-cubic-foot natural gas storage facility of Wild Goose, <br /> LLC,on behalf of the CPUC. She managed daily team operations and provided <br /> cost/schedule control and client liaison,coordinated the resource agency and <br /> public participation processes, provided senior-level reviews for CEQA <br /> adequacy, and wrote the EIR sections addressing the project description, <br /> cumulative impacts, and land use. <br /> CPUC,South Orange County Reliability Enhancement Project EIR, <br /> Orange and San Diego Counties, CA.Project Manager. On behalf of the <br /> CPUC, Ms. Herron was project manager for the preparation of a CEQA <br /> Environmental Impact Report(EIR) for this electric line and substation upgrade <br /> project proposed by San Diego Gas& Electric, for a 230-kV transmission line <br /> and two substations in South Orange and San Diego counties. Ms. Herron <br /> managed daily team operations, provided senior-level review and QA/QC,and <br /> worked with the CPUC to draft project alternatives,as well as provided <br /> cost/schedule control. <br /> CPUC,Aliso Canyon Natural Gas Turbine Replacement Project EIR,Los <br /> Angeles County, CA.Project Manager. On behalf of the CPUC, Ms. Herron <br /> was project manager for the preparation of an EIR for a natural gas turbine <br /> replacement project proposed by the Southern California Gas Company for the <br /> Aliso Canyon Natural Gas Storage Field. The project also included upgrades to <br /> Southern California Edison(SCE)electrical and telecommunications <br /> infrastructure, including the construction of a new substation. Ms. Herron <br /> managed daily team operations and provided cost/schedule control and client <br /> liaison for the multijurisdictional project. She also coordinated the resource <br /> agency and public participation processes,and provided senior-level reviews for <br /> CEQA adequacy. <br />
