Ms. <br /> Herron was deputy project manager for this study,which included a <br /> sustainability/carrying capacity analysis and comprehensive baseline <br /> assessment for the California Army National Guard(CA ARNG)at the Joint <br /> Forces Training Base, Los Alamitos,CA. The sustainability analysis study <br /> addressed key threshold questions set forth by the CAARNG using analytical <br /> methods inherent in the NEPA process. Ms. Herron prepared baseline <br /> assessments for land use and aesthetics and managed the subconsultant team <br /> preparing portions of the analysis. <br />
