She provided team management, cost/schedule control, and report QA/QC; she wrote the land use, aesthetics/visual resources, water resources,and utilities/infrastructure sections of the EA;and she provided primary liaison with the client and the Red River LRA. California Army National Guard,Los Alamitos Joint Forces Training Base Sustainability Analysis,Los Alamitos,CA.Deputy Project Manager. Ms. Herron was deputy project manager for this study,which included a sustainability/carrying capacity analysis and comprehensive baseline assessment for the California Army National Guard(CA ARNG)at the Joint Forces Training Base, Los Alamitos,CA. The sustainability analysis study addressed key threshold questions set forth by the CAARNG using analytical methods inherent in the NEPA process. Ms. Herron prepared baseline assessments for land use and aesthetics and managed the subconsultant team preparing portions of the analysis.
