RASMUSSEN PLANNING, INC..
z..,.If lil r. t DnLUCH
EPSP BUDGET AMENDMENT 3 PROPOSAL
RASMUSSEN PLANNNG, INC.
(November 5,2014)
Following is the Contract Amendment 3 proposal by Rasmussen Planning, Inc. (RPI)for
assisting in the completion of the East Pleasanton Specific Plan(EPSP) and the Project
Environmental Impact Report(EIR). This proposal is in response to the recent City
decision to proceed with a 1,300 single-family unit residential plan instead of the
previous 1,759 single-family/multifamily unit project. In addition, the City has requested
that a new set of Project alternatives be integrated into the EIR document. These changes
have resulted in the need for revisions to the Preliminary Draft EPSP document as well as
the EIR. The following proposal is intended to cover the revisions to the current RPI
budget for assistance in undertaking the additional work.
As of August 8, 2014,the RN budget (including Amendment 1 funding)had
approximately $17,370 remaining. The revised proposal below calls for a total of
$41,695 to undertake the new work and complete the Project. This represents a
difference of approximately 5.24,325 beyond the current budget.
The following proposal is broken into two parts. Part I covers the completed and
anticipated work between August 8, 2014 and the next EPSP Task Force meeting. Work
products required for the next meeting include completion of the Preliminary Draft EPSP
and the Draft EIR.
