The TF will forward the Preliminary Draft EPSP to the neighborhood/community <br /> meeting process without further edits. <br /> 2. No additional economic analysis reports will prepared for the remainder of the <br /> Specific Plan process. <br /> 3. RPI will not participate in the"neighborhood meeting series." <br /> 4. Only the public meetings noted above are assumed for cost estimating. <br /> 5.
