The examination shall be open to members and non-members <br /> of the Fire Department, and appointments made after <br /> examination shall be for an indefinite term with <br /> removal only for cause. <br /> <br /> ~4-1.02 Definitions. <br /> <br /> a. Wherever the word "jurisdiction" is used in the <br /> Uniform Fire Code, it shall be held to mean the <br /> City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> b. Wherever the term "Corporation Counsel" is used in <br /> the Uniform Fire Code, it shall be held to mean the <br /> City Attorney for the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> c. Wherever the term "Bureau of Fire Prevention" is <br /> used in the Uniform Fire Code it shall be deemed to <br /> mean the division of the Fire Department of the City <br /> of Pleasanton charged with responsibility for fire <br /> inspection and enforcement of the Fire Code. <br /> <br /> d. Wherever the term "Fire Marshal," "Fire Prevention <br /> Engineer," or "Chief of the Bureau of Fire Prevention" <br /> is used in the Uniform Fire Code it shall be deemed to <br /> mean the Fire Prevention Officer. <br /> <br /> ~4-1.03 Establishment of Limits of Districts in Which Storage <br /> of Flammable or Combustible Liquids in Outside Above-ground <br /> Tanks is to be Prohibited. <br /> <br /> a. The limits referred to in Section 79.201 of the <br /> Uniform Fire Code in which storage of flammable or <br /> combustible liquids in outside above-ground tanks is <br /> prohibited, are hereby established as follows: <br /> <br /> All zoning districts except "A" (Agricultural) <br /> Districts. No above-ground tanks referred to <br /> in Section 79,201 shall be installed without <br /> first receiving written permission from the <br /> Fire Chief. <br /> <br /> b.
