b. Additions. <br /> <br /> 1. Section 303(e) is hereby added to the Code to read <br /> as follows: <br /> Section 303(e) Inspection Fees. A fee for the <br /> inspection of any building or structure to be <br /> moved within or into the City shall be paid to <br /> the City prior to issuance of any permit. Said <br /> fee shall be in addition to the building permit <br /> fee and shall be an amount established in a <br /> Resolution Establishing Fees and Charges for <br /> Various Municipal Services. <br /> <br /> 2.Section 304(f) is hereby added to the Code to <br /> read as follows: <br /> In addition to called inspections required herein, <br /> the Director of Planning and Community Development <br /> shall inspect any existing building or structure <br /> within the City when requested to do so by an owner <br /> or person acting under authority of the owner. Such <br /> request shall be made in writing on forms furnished <br /> for such purpose. Application shall be signed by <br /> the applicant who may be required to submit evidence <br /> to indicate such authority. <br /> <br /> A statement of all findings shall be sent to the <br /> applicant and owner and a record shall be kept on <br /> file in the office of the Department of Planning <br /> and Community Development. <br /> <br /> Applications shall be accompanied by an inspection <br /> fee in the amount set forth in a fee schedule <br /> adopted by resolution of the City Council. <br /> <br /> 3. Section 104(k) is hereby added to the Code to read <br /> as follows: <br /> No residential property may be sold or traded in <br /> the City of Pleasanton unless and until the seller <br /> installs or provides for the installation of smoke <br /> detectors in accordance with Section 1310a or Section <br /> 1413, as applicable. This requirement may be me~ by <br /> the seller placing in the escrow account for the use <br /> of the buyer sufficient funds to pay for said instal- <br /> lation. <br /> <br /> c. Deletions. <br /> 1. Section 205 is hereby deleted. <br /> 2. Table No. 3-A is hereby deleted. <br />/// <br /> <br /> <br />
