Ordinance No. 1942 <br /> Page 2 <br /> Section 3. Approves Case PUD-58, the application of Charles Austin and Scott <br /> Austin for PUD development plan approval to subdivide an approximately 30-acre hill <br /> property located at 3459 Old Foothill Road into eight custom home sites and to <br /> designate the remaining 22 acres for permanent open space, subject to the conditions <br /> shown on Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> Section 4. A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within <br /> fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general <br /> circulation published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be <br /> posted for fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its <br /> adoption. <br /> Section 5.
