SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> This Second Amendment to Agreement is entered into this 19th day of August 2014 <br /> by the City of Pleasanton("City")and Mosaic Associates, LLC. ("Consultant") <br /> Whereas, on December 04, 2007, the City and Consultant entered into a Professional Services <br /> Agreement for consultant services for Bernal Avenue Bridge at Arroyo Del Valle, CIP No. 995067 <br /> "Agreement"); and <br /> Whereas,on March 16, 2010,the City and Consultant entered into a First Amendment to Agreement for <br /> additional consultant services to provide post construction monitoring and reporting services for Year 2 <br /> through 5. <br /> Whereas,necessary post construction monitoring and reporting services for Years 7, 9, and 10 is required <br /> by the Regional Water Quality Control Board 401 Permit, <br /> Now, therefore,the parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. The Scope of Work described in Exhibit "A"to the original agreement shall be amended to <br /> include Amendment No.2 <br /> 2. The Scope of Work described in the Original Agreement shall be further amended to include <br /> work as described in Tasks 1 and 2 of Exhibit"A-2" (attached) for$16,135. <br /> 3. Section 7 of the Agreement, "Compensation" is amended to: <br /> Increase the total compensation to$314,652. <br /> 4.
