Exhibit B <br /> Compensation for <br /> New Dog Park,3200 West Lagoon Road, Pleasanton, California <br /> June 5,2014 <br /> D. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: <br /> Additional Services requested by the Client that are beyond the scope of services listed above <br /> will be on an hourly basis at the rates as listed below, and will be billed as Additional Services <br /> not included in the above maximum fee. Examples of additional services are attending meetings <br /> requested by the Client that exceed the quantity of meetings proposed, preparing and <br /> submitting drawings and documents more often than what is proposed, or revising drawings due <br /> to changing schedule or budgets. These services will not be performed without prior approval by <br /> the Client. <br /> If the established construction budget or schedule changes significantly, or after the various <br /> documents or products prepared by Tanaka Design Group have been approved, the Client <br /> makes a decision which, for its proper execution involves Additional Services and expenses for <br /> changes in or additions to the documents or products, or if the Landscape Architect be put to <br /> labor or expenses by delays caused by the Client, his client, his agents, the Contractor, or by <br /> the delinquency or insolvency of either, or as a result of damage by fire or other casualty, the <br /> Client shall compensate the Landscape Architect for such Additional Services and expenses in <br /> accordance with the paragraphs above. <br /> HOURLY BILLING RATES: <br /> • Principal $ 145 per hour <br /> • Project Manager $ 115 per hour <br /> • AutoCad/Job Captain $ 100 per hour <br /> • Administrative/Clerical $ 50 per hour <br /> E. EXISTING INFORMATION: <br /> The Client will furnish the Landscape Architect with any plans of the site showing existing or <br /> proposed information and architectural items, including recently prepared topographic survey <br /> map, plumbing, electrical, grading, drainage, irrigation, and mechanical plans, and property <br /> lines. <br /> End of Exhibit B <br /> Tanaka Design Group Page 2 <br />
