Exhibit A <br /> Scope of Services for <br /> New Dog Park, 3200 West Lagoon Road, Pleasanton,California <br /> June 5,2014 <br /> materials will appear on the drawing. Planting details will be included as <br /> required. <br /> SPECIFICATIONS: <br /> The Landscape Architect will prepare specifications to identify all types <br /> and qualities of materials to be used, and will set forth explicit and <br /> concise methods of construction and/or installation. The specifications will <br /> establish the quality and character of the finished work. <br /> J. MEETINGS: <br /> During the Construction Document phase of work, the Landscape <br /> Architect will attend up to three (3) Team and/or Client coordination <br /> meetings. <br /> K. MISCELLANEOUS: <br /> 1. The Landscape Architect will prepare plans in AutoCAD format. <br /> 2. Specifications will be submitted in Word format, based on examples <br /> or guidelines provided by the Owner's Representative. <br /> Work Product No. 3: Construction Review <br /> Coordinate with the City, to ensure the correct and timely bidding and construction of the <br /> project. <br /> A. Prepare addenda as necessary. <br /> B. Review and process all submittals associated with the improvements <br /> designated on the Landscape Architect's construction documents. <br /> C. Respond to all RFI's associated with the improvements designated on the <br /> Landscape Architect's construction documents. <br /> D. Visit site during site preparation or clearing operations. <br /> E. Visit site during erection of fencing and site furnishings. <br /> F. Visit site during installation of surfacing materials. <br /> G. Visit site during installation of irrigation equipment. <br /> H. Upon delivery of all plant material to the site and at least three days prior <br /> to installing plant material, visit the site once to inspect and approve all <br /> plant material. <br /> Visit the site and prepare final punch list for items documented by the <br /> Landscape Architect. <br /> J. Upon completion of all punch list items, visit the site and determine if all <br /> punch list items have been successfully addressed. <br /> End of Exhibit A <br /> Tanaka Design Group Page 3 <br />
