B. REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES Actual expenditures made by Tanaka Design Group are reimbursable at cost plus 10%for coordination and processing, and are included in the professional services fees proposed above. Examples of reimbursable expenses are travel in connection with the project, vehicular mileage (at$0.45 per mile for travel beyond a 75 mile radius of San Francisco or Project Area), long distance telephone calls or facsimile transmissions, reproduction costs, postage, delivery, and photography. C. REIMBURSABLE SUBCONSULTANTS: Subconsultants to Tanaka Design Group are included in the fees stated above. Professional service fees of authorized subconsultants of the project will be reimbursed at cost plus 10%for coordination and processing.
