Exhibit A <br /> Scope of Services for <br /> New Dog Park,3200 West Lagoon Road, Pleasanton, California <br /> June 5,2014 <br /> Work Product No. 2: Construction Documents <br /> After the Client approves the Final Conceptual Design Plan, the Landscape <br /> Architect shall prepare and submit construction documents under one (1) bid <br /> package, including drawings, specifications and construction cost estimates, in <br /> three (3) phases (at 50%-complete, 100%-complete and Final/Bid set) as <br /> described below: <br /> A. TITLE SHEET: <br /> The Landscape Architect will prepare a Title Sheet with general and <br /> specific construction notations. <br /> B. EXISTING SITE CONDITIONS, DEMOLITION &SITE PREPARATION <br /> PLAN: <br /> The Landscape Architect will prepare plans that identify all elements that <br /> are subject to removal or preservation. In addition, site preparation items <br /> such as construction fencing, staging, and erosion control requirements <br /> will be include on this plan. <br /> C. CONSTRUCTION PLAN: <br /> The Landscape Architect will layout all site and landscape improvements <br /> identified in the approved Final Schematic Design Landscape Plan. <br /> D. LAYOUT PLAN: <br /> The Landscape Architect will document the horizontal alignment of all site <br /> and landscape improvements identified in the Construction Plan. <br /> E. GRADING and DRAINAGE PLAN: <br /> The Landscape Architect will prepare plans that establish the vertical <br /> layout of all elements (i.e., hardscape and softscape grades) identified in <br /> the Construction Plan. The Landscape Architect will identify the locations <br /> of new drainage equipment required to install the proposed site <br /> improvements. <br /> F. CONSTRUCTION DETAILS: <br /> The Landscape Architect will provide plans, sections and elevations of the <br /> individual elements specified in the Construction Plan, Layout Plan and <br /> Grading & Drainage Plan. <br /> G. IRRIGATION PLAN: <br /> The Landscape Architect will lay out all piping, irrigation bubbler heads, <br /> valves, and quick coupler outlets, as necessary for irrigation of all new or <br /> renovated planting areas, and as required to connect to the existing <br /> irrigation system. Irrigation details will be included as required. <br /> H. PLANTING PLAN: <br /> The Landscape Architect will identify all proposed plant locations and <br /> items of plant material to be used and confirm existing materials to be <br /> preserved.
