The Downtown Specific Plan Area is not within the Airport Influence Area <br /> (otherwise known as the General Referral Area) of Alameda County's Airport Land Use <br /> Compatibility Plan (ALCUP). The proposed amendment would adhere to the Pleasanton <br /> General Plan noise standards and PMC Noise Ordinance and, therefore, these would be <br /> categorized as no-impact. <br /> a.,d. Mini-plazas or similar amenities would expose and temporarily or periodically <br /> increase ambient noise levels when being used by the public. However, the public <br /> amenity approved by City Council would be required to adhere to the Pleasanton General <br /> Plan noise standards and PMC Noise Ordinance and, therefore, these would be of less <br /> than significant impact. <br /> 47 <br />
