PMC will serve as the City's liaison to HCD. <br /> This service will include: <br /> • Acting as the primary contact who will communicate with HCD staff <br /> as needed. <br /> • Submittals to HCD, including cover letters and printed copies of the <br /> Housing Element with highlighted changes and additions. <br /> • Should the City qualify for HCD's streamlined process, PMC will <br /> complete all required documents. <br /> • Completion of all revisions requested by HCD. <br /> • Meetings and/or conference calls with HCD staff and City staff to <br /> discuss comments. <br /> • Submission of the final draft to HCD for review and certification. <br /> TASK 10: CEQA COMPLIANCE <br /> Addendum to the General Plan EIR <br /> Task 10 Deliverable:Draft and final It is assumed that the Housing Element update will not require land use <br /> addendum to the General Plan EIR. changes to accommodate the City's RHNA, so it is assumed that any <br /> population increase associated with the Housing Element would have been <br /> accounted for in the General Plan EIR and that an addendum can be <br /> prepared.
