PMC will partner with City staff to prepare an outreach strategy <br /> attend a total of 8 meetings. and conduct a series of events to provide information regarding the update <br /> PMC is available to attend additional and gather feedback, ideas, and information from the community regarding <br /> housing needs and conditions. <br /> meetings,as needed. <br /> Community Outreach Strategy <br /> Flexibility in regard to community participation is essential. PMC will <br /> collaborate with City staff to adjust and customize our community <br /> involvement strategy during our initial kickoff meeting. Our philosophy is <br /> to bring the most innovative, effective, and efficient approach to your <br /> project.We believe in an iterative process for community engagement that <br /> breeds robust and valuable results.We understand that unique situations <br /> require creative approaches, and we are always looking to revisit, revise, and <br /> improve as we collaborate with you on this process. <br /> PMC's outreach strategy will include outreach activities throughout the <br /> Housing Element update process. In the midst of gearing up for interviews, <br /> focus groups, the workshop,and the release of documents, the outreach <br /> strategy will act as a checklist for City staff and the consultant team. <br /> 1-6 <br />
