(uu) "Pleasanton Gardens Parcel" shall mean the property currently owned by <br /> Pleasanton Gardens, Inc., on which the existing Pleasanton Gardens development is located. <br /> (vv) "Predisposition Requirements" shall have the meaning ascribed in Article <br /> 7. <br /> (ww) "Project Budget" shall mean that certain budget referred to in Section 5.8 <br /> of this Agreement and attached hereto as Attachment C which is incorporated herein by this <br /> reference, which budget may be changed with the approval of the City, which approval shall not <br /> be unreasonably withheld. <br /> (xx) "Project Pro Forma" shall have the meaning ascribed in Section 5.7. <br /> (yy) "Predevelopment Fee" shall have the meaning ascribed in Section 14.2. <br /> (zz) "Predevelopment Report" shall mean the Kottinger Place and Pleasanton <br /> Gardens Predevelopment Analysis Report prepared by the Developer which was approved by the <br /> Task Force, the Housing Commission, and the City, and which recommended the Development <br /> on several parcels comprising the Site. <br /> (aaa) "Qualified Tax Credit Investor" shall mean a person or entity that is an <br /> experienced limited partner and investor in multifamily housing developments receiving low <br /> income housing tax credits issued by the State of California or the United States federal <br /> government that intends to obtain a limited partnership interest in a limited partnership created <br /> by the Developer in return for an interest in the owner of the Development and the right to <br /> receive Tax Credits. <br /> (bbb) "Regalia Parcel" shall mean the property currently owned by the City <br /> located at 4133 Regalia Avenue and adjacent to the Kottinger Village Park; <br /> (ccc) "Relocation Laws" shall have the meaning ascribed in Section 9.6. <br /> (ddd) "Resident Services" shall be ascribed the meaning in Section 10.4. <br /> (eee) "Resident Services Agent" shall be ascribed the meaning in Section 10.4. <br /> (fff) "Resident Services Plan" shall be ascribed the meaning in Section 10.4. <br /> (ggg) "RFP" shall have the meaning ascribed in paragraph B of Article 1. <br /> (hhh) "Schedule of Performance" shall mean that certain Schedule attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit B. <br /> (iii) "Section 8 Operating Subsidy" shall mean project-based Section 8 <br /> Voucher funds used to fund the Development. <br /> 7 <br /> 191\52\1242198 13 <br />
