(jjj) "Security Financing Interest" shall mean mortgages, deeds of trust, or <br /> other reasonable security instruments securing loans approved by the City pursuant to the <br /> approved Financing Plan. <br /> (kkk) "Site" shall have the meaning ascribed in Section 2.2. <br /> (111) "Take-Out Lender" shall mean the lending institution that makes the Take- <br /> Out Loan.
