"hazardous materials," "toxic materials", "toxic waste", "toxic substances," or words of similar <br /> import under any Hazardous Materials Law. <br /> (gg) "Hazardous Materials Law" shall mean any federal, state or local laws, <br /> ordinances, or regulations relating to any Hazardous Materials, health, industrial hygiene, <br /> environmental conditions, or the regulation or protection of the environment, and all <br /> amendments thereto as of this date and to be added in the future and any successor statute or rule <br /> or regulation promulgated thereto. <br /> (hh) "Housing Authority" shall mean the Housing Authority of the City of <br /> Pleasanton. <br /> (ii) "Housing Commission" shall mean the Housing Commission of the City <br /> of Pleasanton. <br /> (ii) "HUD" shall mean the United States Department of Housing and Urban <br /> Development. <br /> (kk) "Improvements" shall have the meaning ascribed in paragraph A of Article <br /> 1. <br /> (11) "Kottinger Parcel" shall mean the property owned by the Housing <br /> Authority on which the existing Kottinger Place development is located. <br /> (mm) "Management Agent" shall mean MidPen Property Management <br /> Corporation, as pre-approved by the City, the Housing Commission, and the Task Force. <br /> (nn) "Management Plan" shall have the meaning ascribed in Section 10.3. <br /> (oo) "Management Unit(s)" shall mean the two (2) units in the Development <br /> (one in each Phase) that may be occupied by on-site management and staff. <br /> (pp) "Memoranda of Ground Lease" shall mean memorandum of City Ground <br /> Lease(s) in form and substance acceptable to City and Developer deposited and delivered to the <br /> Title Company by the City on or before the Closing. <br /> (qq) "Phases" shall have the meaning ascribed in paragraph F of Article 1. <br /> (rr) "Phase I" shall have the meaning ascribed in paragraph F of Article 1. <br /> (ss) "Phase II" shall have the meaning ascribed in paragraph F of Article 1. <br /> (tt) "Plans" shall mean all plans, blueprints, drawings, sketches, specifications, <br /> tentative or final subdivision maps, landscape plans, utilities plans, soils reports, noise studies, <br /> environmental assessment reports, grading plans and any other materials relating to the <br /> construction of the Development on the Site. <br /> 6 <br /> 191\52\1242198 13 <br />
