Consolidated Dispatch Study for the Pleasanton and Pleasanton Police Department, The City of Pleasanton, <br />Livermore Police Departments CA <br />management plans and other planning documents that work together to ensure the success of the <br />project. The objective of the Project Management Plan is to define the approach to be used by the <br />Project Team to deliver the intended scope of the project. <br />Develop Project Management Plan <br />Our Project Manager is responsible for creating the Project Management Plan following input <br />from the client and our project team. The plan will be submitted to the Cities for their review and <br />approval. <br />Upon execution of a contract and issuance of a notice to proceed, RCC will begin the finalization <br />of development of the Project Management Plan (PMP) with representatives from the Cities. Our <br />proposed PMP contains the following four categories: <br />• Personnel and Organizational Structure <br />• Project Schedule <br />• Project Deliverables <br />• Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan <br />Personnel and Organizational Structure <br />Our Staffing Plan is designed to deliver, manage and sustain highly qualified resources for the <br />Cities' Consolidation Study project. The composition of our team is provided in the Staffing <br />Qualifications section of this proposal. The personnel and organizational structure of our project <br />team will be refined and discussed during the selection process. The final team organization will <br />be identified in the Project Management Plan and will include the following information: <br />• Team Member Name, Position on the Team, and Contact Information <br />• Project Team Organizational Structure Including Cities' Team(s) <br />• Organizational Boundaries and Interfaces <br />• Roles and Responsibility Matrix <br />Project Schedule <br />The project schedule is an important component of our project management plan. The schedule <br />is developed in coordination with our client, and we will ensure that it is approved by the Cities. <br />It is necessary to the efficient execution and control of the project. Upon notice of our selection <br />as the Cities' consultant, our Project Manager will begin developing a project schedule that <br />incorporates all of the work related to supporting the project. Development of the project <br />schedule will require the input and guidance from representatives of the Cities and other <br />stakeholders. Our Project Manager will coordinate these efforts with the Cities. <br />The schedule will identify specific milestones, such as regular progress meetings, the delivery of <br />reports and other system documents, as well as program status reports as envisioned by the <br />Cities. <br />2C August 9, 2013 by 2:00 PM 6 <br />
