ii. During maintenance, the following applies during washing and patination: <br /> 1. Minimize washing of architectural copper as it damages the patina and <br /> any protective coating. <br /> 2. Block all storm drain inlets downstream of the wash. <br /> 3. Collect in a tank and dispose off-site, or discharge the wash water to <br /> the sanitary sewer (with prior authorization from DSRSD). <br /> h. During re-patination, collect the rinse water in a tank and dispose off-site or <br /> discharge to sewer (with prior authorization from DSRSD). <br /> i. Roof drains shall drain away from the building foundation. Stormwater flow <br /> shall drain to a landscaped area or to an unpaved area whe-ever practicable <br /> as determined by the City Engineer/Chief Building Official. <br /> Construction Requirements <br /> 148. The project developer shall submit a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan <br /> (SWPPP) to the City Engineer/Chief Building Official for review and <br /> approval prior to the issuance of a grading or building permit, whichever is <br /> sooner. A copy of the approved SWPPP, including all approved <br /> amendments, shall be available at the project site for City review until all <br /> engineering and building work is complete and City permits have been <br /> finaled.
