<br /> 2. Stanley/First Street between Valley/Bernal and Sunol Blvd
<br /> This roadway segment was also analyzed in the 2011 traffic study. This segment was identified as a deficient
<br /> segment and overriding considerations were outlined in the Environmental Report. The 25 mph segment of
<br /> First Street has insufficient capacity (both with and without the project), but widening First Street is not
<br /> feasible and the best mitigation to the traffic on First Street is the regional improvem.nt of State Route 84,
<br /> which removes significant volumes of traffic that currently travels from 680 to Livermore through Pleasanton.
<br /> 3. Sunol Blvd. on and off ramps
<br /> Sunol Boulevard at 1-680 is included in our General Plan list of improvements to have traffic signals installed.
<br /> The location meets our signal warrants and is currently ranked 6th on the list of future traffic signals. The
<br /> project is contributing to the construction of the traffic signals by paying the traffic inipact fee.
<br /> 4. LOS ratings of E or F
<br /> Bernal at Utah is considered LOS E / F in the report because of the side street delay it the peak hour. The
<br /> project will construct a traffic signal which will improve the level of service and reduce the side street delay.
