Stanley at Valley/ Bernal is identified as LOSE with the addition of the project traffic because the project <br /> changes the trip distribution. Adjusting the signal timing to reflect the new traffic patterns will return this to <br /> an acceptable level of service. In addition, the opening of the extension of Stoneridge Drive will reduce the <br /> number of vehicles through the Stanley at Valley/Bernal intersection. The opening of the extension will occur <br /> prior to the completion of 3150 Bernal project. <br /> Again I apologize for the short explanations. I hope I didn't create more questions than answers.
