Services <br /> included meetings with City Staff, preparation of construction cost estimates, preparation <br /> of an updated color site plan, meeting with the sports groups, site visits, preparing <br /> alternative design sketches, evaluating alternatives for cost reductions, conceptual pond <br /> engineering, preliminary hydraulic calculations, updating LID calculations, and design <br /> team coordination. <br /> 6.03 Bernal Drainage Channel Improvements <br /> Provide engineering services to redirect flooding from Bernal Drainage Channel around <br /> the new park improvements as described in the attached Scope of Services by Bellecci <br /> &Associates dated June 4, 2013. Also refer to the attached letter from Bellecci & <br /> Associates dated January 23, 2013 for additional background information. <br /> 6.04 Utilities Provisions for Future Concession Building <br /> Provide natural gas service and stub-out at future Concession building location. <br /> 6.05 Single Field Cost Estimate <br /> Prepare schematic layout for potential single-field project. Prepare cost estimate based <br /> on schematic layout. Prepare "menu" of options with associated costs. <br /> 6.06 Revised Architecture Design Program <br /> The concession building will be deferred to a future phase. The restroom will be a pre- <br /> fabricated structure, to be designed by the vendor with the assistance of the Project <br /> Architect. The scope of services for the revised architectural scope is described in the <br /> attached document by BSA Architects dated May 31, 2013. <br /> 6.07 Alternate Bid Items <br /> This task includes identifying alternate bid items on the construction plans, creating <br /> separate bid items on the bid form, preparing separate cost estimates, and preparing <br /> separate measurement and payment clauses in the specifications. <br />
