Budget two meetings with City staff for the above work. Budget Our proposed budget for Task 1 is$8,500. 2. Oak Woodland Area+Pond In general our added scope of work includes increased project area and changes to the design development plans already completed(limits of work and storm drainage). When we prepared our 2008 proposal we assumed the project would connect storm drain pipes into the Phase 1 piping system, directly adjacent to Phase 2. The project size and drainage discharge requirements have changed. Our revised scope of work is described in detail below: Scope of Work for Bellecci 1. Revise the DD plans to reflect the extended limits of work(40 acres) 2. Revise storm drain piping to reflect extension of storm drainage into the Oak Woodland area. 3. Prepare Stormwater Management Plan and calculations to include Oak Woodland 4. Work with City engineering department to develop channel sizing and basin sizing criteria (assume 1-year storm for low-flow and 15-year storm for basin areas). 5. Plan&Profile for Pond Bottom 6. Collaborate with Harris Design to develop red line mark-up grades for Oak Woodland pond compatible with the pipe outlets and storm events. 7. Earthwork volumes(three iterations)for pond 8. Half day of Topographic survey to collect key conform points and added storm tie-ins 9. Expand pond to collect site drainage to allow for lowering of site. Work Performed by Others We assume other design team members will perform the following tasks: 1. Oak Woodland CAD layout and pathway design 2. Oak Woodland Detailed Grading Plan,with support from Bellecci 3. Pathway details and fencing 4. City and/or Bellecci will address the Bernal Drainage issues under separate task. 5. Earthwork quantities for project This proposal does not include services for flood control improvements along Bernal Avenue. Included in our scope of work is the assumption that the Project will design for handling of stormwater generated within the Phase 2 limits of work,not offsite drainage improvements.Our proposed additional budget for the Oak Woodland has been reduced in recognition the ingress and egress driveway/offsite improvements in the base scope of work is not needed for Bernal Avenue.The scope of work does not include geotechnical analysis,environmental permitting,site earthwork quantities and/or coordination with Alameda County. Budget Our proposed budget for Task 2 is$17,000.
