Domestic Water Line for Oak Woodland <br /> Bellecci will provide a domestic water service for the Oak Woodland.As part of the services Bellecci will <br /> prepare a hydraulic calculation to verify adequate flow and pressure. Bellecci will add water service pipe to <br /> the park utility plans. Backflow preventer and drinking fountain will be on the landscape architecture <br /> plans. <br /> Budget <br /> Our proposed budget for Task 4 is$3,300. <br /> 4. Value Engineering Services&Updated LID Calcs <br /> Bellecci provided value engineering services for Bernal Park Phase 2 between February 2013 and June <br /> 2013.Value engineering services included, preparing alternative design sketches,evaluating alternatives <br /> for construction cost reduction,cost estimating,conceptual pond analysis, preliminary hydraulic <br /> calculations,coordination and meetings,and site visits. Part of the solution for Value Engineer was to <br /> delete LID's from parking lot area and discharge into basin.Therefore Bellecci will update the LID <br /> calculations to reflect the new site plan, using the CAD file from Harris Design of the new footprint of the <br /> project. <br /> Budget <br /> Our proposed budget for Task 4 is$8,000. <br /> 5. Gas Line <br /> Bellecci to show gas line on the park utility plan. Pipe sizing per building plans. Make minor plan revisions <br /> per comments from City, PG&E and Building Architect.
