8) PCRT will provide build space at its scene shop for all scenic elements. <br /> 9) PCRT will coordinate with theater tech staff to deliver all design elements built off-site to the <br /> Firehouse Theater at previously scheduled dates and times to coincide with production <br /> schedule. <br /> 10)PCRT will conduct technical/dress rehearsals at theater, seeing production through opening <br /> night. <br /> 11)PCRT will conduct strike of all production elements, hauling away any elements (set pieces, <br /> props, costumes, etc.) used in these productions on day of strike, and returning the rooms to <br /> their pre-show/rehearsal conditions (removal of spike tape, etc.) This shall be done in <br /> coordination with technical staff of theater. If PCRT is unable to remove ALL elements on day <br /> of strike, arrangements must be made with Theater Technician at least 'I week prior to Strike <br /> Day to leave elements at the facility for future removal. These arrangements will be based on <br /> space requirements for the subsequent show(s) in the facility. <br /> 12)PCRT agrees that if there is any damage done to the facility as a result of their use of the <br /> facility, the City of Pleasanton will hire a contractor to repair said damage and will invoice <br /> PCRT for any costs incurred as result. <br /> 13)PCRT agrees to honor, and enforce among all of their staff, all fire code regulations for use of <br /> all City of Pleasanton facilities, whether rehearsals or performances. <br /> 14)PCRT shall be responsible for several marketing deliverables, including graphic design of <br /> posters, postcards, and flyers. <br />
