Support Required from the City of Pleasanton <br /> Support of Participants: <br /> • Need based scholarships <br /> • Accessibility Services, in compliance with ADA (ASL-interpretation, etc.) <br /> • Facilitate all ticket sales <br /> Marketing Support: <br /> • Box Office Services <br /> • Assistance with marketing support through email, social media, website, season <br /> brochure, and print ads in BANG newspapers <br /> • Printed programs for each production, created by PCRT. If printing quantity exceeds <br /> 800 per production printing costs will be extended to the contractor (PCRT). <br /> Production, Rehearsal Support: <br /> • Audition, Rehearsal and Performance space — City Staff present or on premises <br /> • Classroom and showcase space — City staff present or on premises <br /> • Coordination with other departments when needed <br /> • Per City of Pleasanton, City Staff may provide sound as listed in paragraph 6g and <br /> operate fly rail and provide building monitor <br /> • Storage space only during rehearsal and production as available. PCRT is encouraged <br /> to check in with City Staff at the end of each rehearsal about leaving props or rehearsal <br /> elements behind. <br /> • House Manager and ushers for each production. <br /> • Five days for load in/tech in the Firehouse. <br /> • Communication equipment at the two ASM positions, three booth positions and two spot <br /> positions. <br /> • Provide 4 microphones. <br /> • Provide one light tech for load in and an additional tech if available. <br /> • Provide one light tech for strike. <br /> Misc: <br /> • Any other items determined in collaboration between the City of Pleasanton and PCRT <br /> • City of Pleasanton will make a concerted effort to limit competing programming during <br /> show runs. City of Pleasanton will make a concerted effort to not place another event, <br /> show or meeting in the Firehouse during a show run; however, it is understood by both <br /> parties that emergency circumstances may occur. If said emergencies occur both <br /> parties will work to make certain extra work for staff and show run is mitigated. <br />
