The FY 11-12 survey results are included as Attachment B. The FY 12-13 <br /> survey will go out in March with the findings completed by May 1, 2013 and will be available for <br /> eview. Staff closely reviews daily and monthly ridership trends to determine gaps in service or <br /> opportunities for improvements. <br /> 6. During FY 12-13, staff is working to reduce the denial <br /> rate during those most impacted periods 10:00am to 2:00pm, Monday- Friday. By reallocating staff <br /> time and resources from Saturdays to this heavy use time, staff feels the riders will be more satisfied <br /> with the service and more likely to obtain the ride times they request. <br /> 7.
