Place the removed portions of Measure F and Measure PP back in the General Plan. Place Measure
F and Measure PP in the General Plan as an Appendix. Restore the 1996 General Plan definitions
back the General Plan.
Summary
1. No amendments to Measure PP can be made without a vote of the people.
2. City manager and city council cannot make waivers to Measure PP.
3. City must stand by its Measure PP Dwelling Unit analysis or work with Lund Ranch II developer to
ensure no hillside or ridgeline impacts whatsoever are made, including roadways in the development.
4. No development must occur outside the city and county UGB, including any road, infrastructure, or
housing subdivision, without a vote of the people of Pleasanton expanding the UGB.
5. Retain the H-P-D PMC chapter.
6. Restore the 'gutted' current General Plan with all voter-approved land use restrictions including
Measure F, Measure PP, etc.
Thanks
Anne Fox
Click here to report this email as spam.
5
