<br /> San Ramon City Center Project Subsequent EIR,San Ramon. Project manager and principal preparer of a
<br /> Subsequent EIR for a 2.1 million square foot mixed-use infill project in San Ramon. The project is located on
<br /> 44-acres at the intersection of Bollinger Canyon Road and Camino Ramon with plans to include 487 residential
<br /> units, a 165-room hotel, 635,000 square feet of commercial retail, 670,000 square feet of office space,
<br /> 110,000 square feet of civic uses associated with a new City Hall, and nine parking structures with more than
<br /> 6,600 spaces. The Subsequent EIR tiers off the previously-certified City of San Ramon General Plan EIR and
<br /> the City Civic Center DR. Issues of concern include aesthetics, air quality, land use, noise,traffic congestion,
<br /> parking supply, and water supply. The San Ramon City Council certified the SEIR in December 2007.
<br /> Shinn Ranch Project IS/MND,El Dorado County. Project manager and principal preparer of an IS/MND for a
<br /> 143-unit residential project in unincorporated El Dorado County. The project consisted of a single-family
<br /> residential subdivision and associated infrastructure improvements. Issues of concern included riparian
<br /> corridors and wetlands, historic resources, noise,and traffic. The El Dorado County Board of Supervisors
<br /> certified the IS/MND and approved the project in December 2007.
<br /> Los Altos Condominium Project IS/MND, Los Altos. Project manager and principal preparer of an IS/MND for
<br /> a 78-unit condominium project in Los Altos. The proposed project would redevelop a 2-acre underutilized site
<br /> abutting El Camino Real with a condominium development that would include an underground parking garage.
<br /> Issues of concern included aesthetics, noise,and traffic. The Los Altos City Council certif ed the MND in
<br /> October 2006 and the project was completed in 2009.
<br /> JustlnSlena High School Master Plan,Napa. Project manager and principal preparer fcr an EIR for a
<br /> proposed Master Plan that seeks to guide future development and land use activities within the Justin-Siena
<br /> High School campus in the City of Napa. The Master Plan encompasses the entire,approximately 40-acre
<br /> campus area, and it includes capital improvements to school facilities within the core of the campus and the
<br /> potential development of a 143,000-square-foot Lowe's retail store on approximately 9.5 acres of the campus.
<br /> Issues of concern include aesthetics, light and glare, noise, public services,traffic,and urban decay. The
<br /> project is ongoing.
