Project manager for the preparation of the IS/MND <br /> for the Harrington Business Park which includes a zone change from residential to industrial and commercial, <br /> as well as a commercial tentative parcel map application to create 43 industrial and commercial parcels at a <br /> 77-acre site. The project also includes annexation into the El Dorado Irrigation District to receive water and <br /> wastewater services. <br /> Pierce Trust, Placerville CA. Project manager for the preparation of the IS/ND for the Pierce Trust project <br /> which consisted of a general plan amendment from Medium-Density Residential (MDR)to Commercial (C)and <br /> a zone change from One-Acre Residential (R1A)to Commercial Professional Office—Planned Development <br /> (CPO-PD). <br /> Brookshire Gardens Event Center and Bed &Breakfast, El Dorado, CA. Project manager for the preparation <br /> of the IS/MND for the Brookshire Gardens project which included a zone change from Estate Residential (RE- <br /> 10)to Planned Commercial (CP)and a special use permit to authorize an events center for up to 50 events per <br /> year with up to 150 guests per event. <br /> Diamond Center, Diamond Springs,CA. Working with the B.C.P. Partnership,Jason was the project manager <br /> for the completion of the IS/ND for a design review for the Diamond Center. The retail center consists of one <br /> 10,000 square foot one-story retail building and one 20,000 square foot two-story office 'building. <br /> El Dorado Mirage Plaza, Placerville,CA. Working with the El Mirage Group,Jason was the project manager <br /> for the completion of the IS/ND for the project which included a general plan amendment from Medium- <br /> Density Residential (MDR)to Commercial (C)and a zone change from Single-Family Three-Acre Residential <br /> (R3A)to Commercial - Planned Development(C-PD). <br /> L&W Warehouse,Cameron Park,CA. Project manager for the preparation of the IS/MND for the L&W <br /> Warehouse design review application which included two commercial retail buildings of 10,000 square-feet <br /> and 6,700 square-feet in size. <br /> Kain Office Building, El Dorado Hills,CA. Project manager for the preparation of the IS/MND for the Kain <br /> Office building design review application which consisted of a 16,226 square foot office building adjacent to <br /> the El Dorado Hills Town Center shopping center. Key issues addressed included jurisdictional wetlands and <br /> General Plan policy consistency. <br /> Cool Country Properties Office Building,Cool,CA. Project manager for the preparation of the IS/MND for the <br /> Cool Country Properties Office building design review application. The project consists of a 2,700 square-foot <br /> office building, 1,200 square-foot garage/storage building, and a monument sign.
