Janna Waligorski <br /> Recovery Facility(MRF)from its existing location on Throwitaway Drive to a vacant, industrially zoned site. The <br /> proposed project would consist of two major actions: demolition of the existing MRF and <br /> construction/operation of the proposed new MRF. Ms. Waligorski specifically assisted in the relocation parcel <br /> selection process using GIS. <br /> The Gathering Place, Groveland Community Service District and Southside Senior Services, Inc. Ms. <br /> Waligorski served as an Assistant Project Manager in the development of an IS/MND for the Groveland <br /> Community Service District and Southside Senior Services, Inc. The IS/MND is a programmatic level analysis <br /> for the cumulative impacts of the North Side Facilities Development Program (including a dog park, public <br /> swimming pool, and picnic areas)and a project-level analysis for construction and operation of The Gathering <br /> Place,a 17,000-square-foot senior activity center. <br /> St. Regis Napa Valley Initial Study and EIR,City of Napa.Assisted in the preparation of an EIR the City of <br /> Napa for the ST. Regis Napa Valley Project. The proposed project consisted of the development of a St. Regis <br /> resort and winery on 93 acres and associated extension of wastewater and recycled water service to the <br /> project site. Issues of concern included agricultural resources, cultural resources, airport land use <br /> compatibility, public services,and transportation. Ms.Waligorski assisted in the preparation of the Intial Study <br /> preceding the EIR as well as the aesthetics section of the EIR. <br /> Diamond Springs Parkway EIR, County of El Dorado. Assisted in the preparation of the DR for a planned <br /> roadway to improve traffic circulation along the Pleasant Valley Road and Missouri Flat Road corridors, in the <br /> vicinity of Diamond Springs. The Diamond Springs Parkway connects Missouri Flat Road with State Route 49 <br /> (SR-49)/Diamond Road. This work is being completed under the El Dorado County Department of <br /> Transportation (DOT) 5-year Capital Improvement Plan. The project is also part of the County's 20-year Traffic <br /> Impact Mitigation (TIM) Fee Program. Ms.Waligorski acts as the project manager's assistant and is involved in <br /> the writing,editing and production of the EIR. <br /> EID Highway 49 Intertle Improvements,County of El Dorado. Assisted with the integration of the El Dorado <br /> Irrigation District's proposed Intertie Improvements Project into the EIR that is being prepared for the El Dorado <br /> County Department of Transportation's Diamond Springs Parkway Project. This project will improve the flow of <br /> water through the transmission system by replacing approximately 2,000 ft of six-inch waterline with a new 12- <br /> inch waterline in Highway 49 near Diamond Springs and approximately 3,800 ft of new 18" waterline that will <br /> intertie to an existing 18" waterline to aid in supply for existing and future customers as demands increase. <br /> Ms.Waligorski acted as the project manager's assistant and was involved in the writing and editing regarding <br /> the projects implications on the Diamond Springs Parkway Project. <br /> Publications <br /> Maps included in article by Tony Waters"Social Organization and Social Status in Nineteenth and Twentieth <br /> Century Rukwa Tanzania."
