Janna Waligorski <br /> new access route for the adjacent Material Recovery Facility. Implementation included the approval of a <br /> General Plan Amendemnt, Rezone, Planned Development and a Commercial Tentative Parcel Map. Ms. <br /> Waligorski acted as the Assistant Project Manager and completed various tasks including general content <br /> editing, document management,team management and management of client/application relations. <br /> Napa Junction Phase III EIR, City of American Canyon. Provided assistance in the preparation of an EIR <br /> contemplating the construction of a 143,500 square feet of retail commercial and office floor space on a 17- <br /> acre site in American Canyon. The project included the approval of a General Plan Amendment, rezone, design <br /> permit,conditional use permit and tentative parcel map. Ms. Waligorski provided several EIR topical sections <br /> including aesthetics and hazards. <br /> Enchanted Resorts EIR, City of Calistoga.Assisted in the preparation of an EIR for the Enchanted Resorts <br /> Project in Calistoga, California. The project consisted of the development of a mix of residential and resort <br /> uses on the project site as well as associated onsite and offsite infrastructure improvements. Ms.Waligorski <br /> prepared several EIR topical sections, including cumulatives, land use, alternatives and growth-inducing <br /> impacts. <br /> Chapin Concrete Batch Plant IS/MND,County of Merced. Environmental Analyst for the preparation of the <br /> IS/MND for industrial storage expansion project in Merced County. The objective of the project was to <br /> establish a concrete batch plant with the production capacity of 300 cubic yards of concrete per day. Specific <br /> constraints with the project included specific impacts associated with heavy load trucks and advanced <br /> roadway wear, hazardous air quality contaminants as a byproduct of mixing activities, and noise impacts. <br /> Elk Grove Sphere of Influence Amendment EIR,Sacramento LAFCo. Assisted in the preparation of an EIR for <br /> the Sphere of Influence Amendment for the City of Elk Grove in Sacramento County. The project consisted of <br /> the amendment of the City of Elk Grove's Sphere of Influence boundaries to include an additional 7,869 acres. <br /> Ms. Waligorski completed the Land Use, Noise, Population and Housing,and Transportation sections included <br /> in the EIR, as well as providing general project management assistance. <br /> Morgan Hill Southeast Quadrant General Plan Update EIR,City of Morgan Hill. Served as Assistant Project <br /> Manager in the preparation of a programmatic/project level EIR for a General Plan Amendment, including the <br /> establishment of a Sports-Recreation-Leisure(SRL)zone,agricultural and open space lands zoning,five <br /> programmatic level projects, and a single project-level private high school proposal. <br /> Municipal Service Review,Solano Water Districts. Assisted with the preparation of a Municipal Service <br /> Review for the water agencies, irrigation districts, and 23 reclamation districts in Solano County. Ms. <br /> Waligorski assisted in the collection of information regarding the reclamation districts and creation of maps <br /> reflecting their locations. <br /> A.V.Thomas Produce Expansion IS/MND,County of Merced. Environmental Analyst for the preparation of <br /> the IS/MND for industrial storage expansion project in Merced County. The objective of the project was to <br /> expand the existing Sweet Potato Processing and Storage facility to establish 84,000 square feet of new <br /> warehouse facilities in the form of three pre-fabricated metal storage structures as well as increase storage <br /> capacity for approximately 18,000 tons of sweet potatoes. This was all done to reduce truck trips by providing <br /> greater on-site capacity and reducing the need for off-site storage rental. Specific constraints with the project <br /> included being located in close proximity to sensitive receptors, location to the existing Swenson Lateral Canal, <br /> and noise impacts associated with the 14 roof mounted evaporative coolers. <br /> Materials Recovery Facility(MRF)Project EIR, County of El Dorado. Assisted in environmental and GIS <br /> analysis for the preparation of technical studies and for the proposed relocation of the County Materials <br /> Page 2 <br />
