Janna has completed CEQA <br /> documentation for residential,commercial, retail,transportation, and industrial projects; with extensive work <br /> on constraints analyses, environmental justice issues,farmland conversation,transportation and circulation, <br /> and visual impacts(aesthetics), most notably the California Department of Transportation Visual Impact <br /> Analysis methodology. Janna also offers expansive experience in Geographic Information Systems(GIS)and <br /> graphic applications which allows her to understand and articulate complex spatial concepts. <br /> Related Experience <br /> High density residential project In San Mateo(Private client) Under Mary Bean's direction,Janna prepared <br /> an expanded initial study/addendum for a high density residential project in San Mateo,CA. The initial <br /> study/addendum analyzed all CEQA topic areas to confirm whether the revised project design would result in <br /> any impacts that were not disclosed in a prior mitigated negative declaration. <br /> Specific tasks included revising and refining the prior addendum prepared by the City of San Mateo to address <br /> all current CEQA topics and checklist questions, including new guidance relating to greenhouse gas emissions, <br /> agriculture, and transportation. MBA also revised and refined the prior addendum to reflect the new project <br /> site plan and incorporated summaries of all updated technical reports provided by the project applicant. <br /> Wherever needed, MBA strengthened the prior analysis to ensure legal defensibility. <br /> Turkey Creek Estates EIR,County of Placer.Acted as Assistant Project Manager in the preparation of an EIR <br /> for Turkey Creek Estates which included the approval of a General Plan Amendment,Conditional Use Permit, <br /> and Tentative Subdivision Map from Placer County. The project consisted of a low-density residential <br /> subdivision including 393 single-family residential lots in three villages on 248 acres of land. Ms.Waligorski <br /> guided general document preparation and team management. <br /> Bell Village,Town of Windsor Ms.Waligorski acted as the assistant project manager in the preparation of an <br /> IS/MND for a mixed use project consisting of 77,000 square feet of commercial space and 403 condominiums <br /> located in the Town of Windsor,California. The objective of the project is to develop parcel formally used as a <br /> mobile home park into a mixed-use center that will compliment the exiting mixed uses located in downtown <br /> Windsor while minimizing impacts to the surrounding area, with special attention paid to traffic and <br /> transportation impacts. <br /> Diamond Dorado Retail Center Project,County of El Dorado. Provided project management in the <br /> preparation of an EIR for Diamond Dorado Retail Center Project located in El Dorado County south of <br /> Placerville. The project consisted of the planning and construction of a 280,515-square-foot retail center and <br /> Page 1 <br />
